Booking Confirmation:

The apartments are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we kindly ask to vacate the apartments by 10 a.m.
The prices quoted are per apartment and per day for a stays of 5 days or more. We charge a surcharge for shorter stays.
The apartment price includes bed linen, towels, tea towels and tablecloths, electricity, water and heating, final cleaning,
Sauna, free holiday pass for using all busses and trains in our region for free, bread service.
For a fee of € 6.00 / day, we provide you with a cot.
There is a discount for children: maintenance in their parents’ room up to 4 years free of charge, from 4 years children € 15.00 per day.

Extras:

A fee of € 5.00 is charged for the washing machine and dryer.
In addition we charge the legally required tourist tax (“community tax”, LG No. 9 of 16.05.2012) of € 1.75 per person (from 14 years) and per day, which is paid on site.
Dogs are allowed on request on ground floor in the apartments Peció and Aidin at the daily rate of € 10,00.

Final information (liability and complaints) and cancellation conditions:

The chalet assumes no liability in the event of theft, loss or damage to personal items not taken into care. Each apartment and the holiday home is equipped with a safe. The chalet assumes no liability for vehicles parked in the parking lot or in the garage and for items inside.
In the event of a complaint, the guest is asked to contact the reception or the service personnel concerned in order to find an immediate solution to the problem. If the guest believes that the complaint has not been resolved in their favor, they are asked to contact the person responsible for the chalet.
In the event that something unforeseen happens and you still cannot start your journey, the following conditions apply to us:
If the booking is canceled up to 4 weeks before the start of the trip, we charge 30% of the travel price (the deposit will not be refunded).
If the booking is canceled within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the travel price.
